Australian Indigenous inspired Art
This series is inspired by the rich visual language of Aboriginal Australian art. Through my own interpretation, I seek to share the spirit and stories of this ancient tradition with parts of the world where it remains less known. Each piece reflects not only my admiration for Indigenous artistry, but also my deep connection to my homeland — Australia — and the memories, landscapes, and emotions I miss from that beautiful place down under.

Surfing Ribeira d’Ilhas
Acrylic on canvas 60 x 60 cm
Inspired by the rhythm of the tides at Ribeira d’Ilhas, Ericeira — where I paddle out beneath the cliffs and feel both my worlds meet. This piece blends my Portuguese roots and Australian soul, united by my love of surfing. Ericeira is my sanctuary, my horizon. I painting this from the Ocean House, bedroom at Ribeira October 2025.

Ribeira d’Ilhas & Sade Carrington
Acrylic on canvas 60 x 60 cm
My interpretation of the original Sade Carrington / Purnululu painting — reimagined through the lens of my love for surfing at Ribeira d’Ilhas, Ericeira. I painted it one quiet evening during my surf trip, in my room at the Ocean House guesthouse, October 2025. A moment where the ocean, art, and memory flowed together.

Low Tide Return
Acrylic on canvas 60 x 60 cm
When you come ashore at low tide, surfboard tucked beneath your arm, and your steps find their way over the wet, slippery rocks. You look down and what meets your eyes? Seaweed and rocks. That's the very moment I am capturing here.

Sea Shell on Ribeira d’Ilhas
Acrylic on canvas 60 x 60 cm
After an afternoon surf at low tide on Ribeira’s rocky reef, I paused — wetsuit half-drawn, board by my side, sun warming my face. In that still breath, I found a seashell shaped like this. I painted it to hold that fleeting moment from my Ericeira surf trip, October 2025 — a quiet memory of sea, sun, and solitude.
Connected Currents
Ink & Graphite on A4 paper
A hand-drawn series of intricate lines and interlocking forms — a web of energy, connection, and motion. From afar, bird's eye view, it evokes the vast complexity of a city or the pulsing life of human networks. Look closer, and it might become a motherboard — the unseen circuitry that powers thought and movement. Each mark flows into the next, a meditation on how everything is bound by invisible currents.

My Face
“Fading Emotions” — Art Photo Print by Jesús Del Toro García
Created by Jesús Del Toro García, a Spanish artist based in Sydney, this work captures a haunting balance between beauty and discomfort. The image was born from an experimental process — paint applied directly to the artist’s own face, then submerged and faded in a bathtub, allowing the pigments and water to merge into raw, shifting emotion.
The result is a portrait that feels unsettling yet deeply human — for some, confronting or even terrifying; for others, strangely meditative. It invites the viewer to linger in that uneasy space between transformation and dissolution, where identity blurs and emotion takes shape.
